Subodh Khandelwal, C.E.O.

Subodh Khandelwal, co-founder of K2 Consultants has more than 20 years of work experience in industries like Manufacturing, Trading, Financial Services, Industrial Lubricants, Technology, Real Estate and now Consulting (Executive Search). With such a varied exposure and having worked with 2 leading executive search firms, connecting with people (clients & candidates) and understanding their needs comes naturally to him.

His expertise lies in the areas of Talent acquisition, Business planning, Consulting, Networking, Assessment, Career guidance, Counselling, Succession planning, Man-Power planning and Business development.

He is a Science graduate from Mumbai University and Diploma in Computer Management.

Sneha Khandelwal, C.O.O.

Sneha Khandelwal, who is the co-founder of K2 Consultants, has more than 7 years of work experience. At K2 , she heads the operations and personally oversees the execution of each assignment.

Before her career in recruitment, she was managing her Garment business for 5 years under the brand name “Shagun”. Here she designed Indian ethnic wear and supplied to various stores in Mumbai. She had also been actively involved with NGO’s like Akanksha and Happy Home School for Blind, Worli, Mumbai.

She has graduated from Jai Hind College, Mumbai, post which she did her Textile Designing from Nirmala Niketan, Mumbai. Recently she has also completed her Bachelors in Education from Mumbai University and topped her college in the subject of Research.
